DeRetta Rhodes, Ph.D. is the Executive Vice President & Chief Culture Officer of the Atlanta Braves, overseeing people capital initiatives, communications and community affairs for the Braves, The Battery Atlanta and team’s Spring Training facility operations. Prior to joining the Braves, Rhodes was the Executive Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer of the YMCA of Metro Atlanta, Vice President of Human Resources at First Data, Vice President of Human Resources for Turner Broadcasting and held leadership positions at Ernst & Young, ADP, HomeGrocer.com and YUM Brand. Rhodes received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, her Master’s in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University and her Ph.D. in adult education from the University of Georgia. She is a certified facilitator for the Benchmark 360 assessment by the Center for Creative Leadership, DISC coach and facilitator, qualified facilitator for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and qualified coach for the HOGAN Assessment and HOGAN 360. Rhodes completed her Ted Talk (TEDxUGA) in 2018 and has been recognized as a Women of Excellence (2018), 100 Women of Influence (2020, 2021, 2022) by Atlanta Business Chronicle, a Distinguished Alumni (2020) in the Family and Consumer Science College of the University of Georgia, Oncon Icon Award Top 100 Human Resources Professionals (2021, 2022), Sports Inclusion Conference Top 100 Women in Sports (2021), and National Diversity & Leadership Top 100 HR Professionals (2022). She is currently a Board Member of the Atlanta Braves Foundation, Vice Chair of Goodwill of North Georgia, Board Chair of 21st Century Leaders, Trustee Member, Governing Board Member and HR & Compensation Chair of the Woodruff Arts Center, Strategic Advisor of The Goodwin Group, Board Member of the American Heart Association, Advisory Member of HR Exchange Network, Diversity Equity & Inclusion Advisory Member of HR.Com, Board Member of University of Georgia Alumni Board and past President of the Alumni Board of Family Consumer Science College at the University of Georgia. Dr. Rhodes lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, Leon and has three sons: Cole, Austin and Jordan.

Louise is the Vice-Chairwoman for the Andrew & Walter Young YMCA board, and the Georgia Diversity Council,, and most importantly a PTA Mom. On the weekends, you can find Louise and her daughter Laila, visiting local bookstores, thrift stores, or plant nurseries as she’s a self-proclaimed “Plant Lady”.

Sujata Gosalia is executive vice president and chief strategy officer for Cox Communications. In this role, she oversees the strategy and new business development organizations, and is responsible for strategic business planning and new growth opportunities. Sujata brings more than 15 years of experience in driving growth, innovation and value creation within media, technology, communications and business services companies. Previously, Sujata was a partner in the communications, media and technology practice of the international consulting firm Oliver Wyman, and managed the firm’s New York office. She also served as senior vice president of marketing at Neustar, a cloud-based information and analytics company, where she was responsible for marketing strategy and offer innovation across the company’s product portfolio. Most recently, Sujata was senior vice president of strategy for Sodexo, a B2B services company, where she drove a global transformation in the company’s corporate services segment. Sujata was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with two bachelor’s degrees - one in economics from the Wharton School and another in international studies from the College of Arts and Sciences. She also holds a master’s degree in politics of the world economy from the London School of Economics. Sujata speaks Spanish, Gujarati and Hindi, and serves as a board member of the national non-profit organization South Asian-Americans Leading Together.

Kate Jaspon serves as Chief Financial Officer of Inspire Brands, a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes nearly 32,000 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, Rusty Taco, and SONIC Drive-In restaurants worldwide. Jaspon oversees all accounting and reporting, tax, financial planning and analysis, treasury, internal audit, and supply chain functions for Inspire and its brands. She is also responsible for managing Inspire’s relationship with lending institutions, investors, and the financial community. Prior to joining Inspire in December 2020, Jaspon served as the Chief Financial Officer of Dunkin’ Brands, the former parent company to Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins, where she led all finance related functions, as well as investor relations since 2017. In this role, she oversaw global financial planning and analysis, accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury, enterprise risk management, payments, insurance, and demand planning functions. During her 15-year tenure with Dunkin’ Brands, Jaspon led several transactions including the company’s IPO and follow-on equity offerings, securitizations and numerous debt transactions, the divestiture of a brand, and the sale to Inspire. Previously, Jaspon spent eight years at KPMG LLP as an auditor. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for W.W. Grainger, Inc., a Fortune 500 B2B business, and the Women’s Foodservice Forum. She also served as a Member and Audit Committee Chair of the Board of Directors for MOD Pizza from 2017 to 2019. Jaspon is an alumnus from Babson College and is a CPA.

Theresa Schroeder is Vice President of Community & Citizenship at Turner Construction focused on supplier diversity, strategic sales pursuits, and diversity & inclusion. This includes planning and executing programs designed to increase Turner’s utilization of underutilized businesses as well spearhead the company’s commitment to community service and employee engagement. Certified in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University, and as a Master Compliance Administrator from The American Contract Compliance Association at Morgan State University; Theresa also obtained certification in Cultural Mastery, and in 2021 earned her Certified Diversity Professional credentials. Originally, from Connecticut Theresa attended Sacred Heart University and currently resides in Decatur, GA with her husband, and sweet little dog Zack. 3 of her 4 children have unwilling left home and the youngest will graduate college in May of 2023.
