Abby Kepple
Abby Kepple is the President of Tax Credit Services for Enterprise Bank & Trust and Executive Director for Enterprise Financial CDE, LLC. She leads the bank’s strategy to create and manage opportunities related to tax credit programs at both a state and federal level. She leads investments and brokerage for Historic Tax Credits and Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Under Abby’s leadership, Enterprise Financial CDE, LLC has received four New Markets Tax Credit awards totaling $183million in allocation. The NMTC program is a very competitive program nationwide and less than a dozen banks (out of 70-80) award recipients receive awards annually. Abby is responsible for the deployment of the NMTC loans and investments into businesses and real estate developments in low-income communities across Missouri, Illinois, Kansas and Arizona.
Abby has been with Enterprise Bank & Trust since September 2000, and has enjoyed several opportunities in many different facets of the company throughout her tenure; formed the Small Business and Consumer Lending group, maintained a commercial loan portfolio, and developed and managed the Life Insurance Premium Finance niche product. Abby sits on the Bank’s Strategic Planning Group and the Audit Committee, and was a founding member of the Diversity Council.
Abby is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. In May 2017, she completed the 6-course Women’s Leadership Forum at Washington University. She serves on the Finance Committee for Rise, a non-profit organization that connects key groups to revitalize communities and neighborhoods in low income areas of Greater St. Louis.
